CURRICULUM

The key to a successful adjuster is to follow a process that allows the file reviewers, desk adjusters, and management to easily understand what happened during the loss.

“The VAS Process” training is designed for the experienced field adjuster. It is designed to help the adjuster be more proficient while turning in their claims. By completing this training, attendees will have the tools necessary to turn in a consistent work product.

If the adjuster commits to “The VAS Process” and always submits the same work product, they will naturally become more productive and sought after by their employers.

Highlights of the Training:

  • Photo Reporting: How to take proper photos and then tell the story with your photos.
  • Estimating: How to write an estimate in chronological order.
  • File Review: Making the file reviewer your best friend.
  • Report Writing: How to tell the story of the loss, what was said, and by whom.
  • The Psychology of Adjusting: Why do adjusters exist?
  • Artificial Intelligence: Use AI to be more proficient and consistent when turning in your files.
