 • VAS Solutions reserves the right to revoke or suspend certification if a User:
 • Violates the Code of Ethics,
 • Misrepresents certification status,
 • Uses course materials in violation of IP terms,
 • Engages in conduct damaging to the integrity of the program.

 • Availability of courses is not guaranteed at all times.

 • Enrollment constitutes a binding agreement once confirmed by Us via email.

All purchases are final. VAS Solutions does not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Arbitration will take place in Wyoming, unless otherwise agreed.
